FiveM Map Overhaul: How North Yankton V2 Fits Beside Roxwood

Matteo Design updated North Yankton V2 for FiveM, shifting world coordinates to resolve collision conflicts with the Roxwood map while adding interior MLOs.
Solo developer Matteo Design updated the North Yankton map mod to version two, shifting its global coordinates so FiveM servers can stream the snow territory alongside the popular Roxwood island mod without coordinate collisions, offering custom multi-region play even as enthusiasts catalog official map developments on the GTA 6 leak tracker.
Relocating Ludendorff across FiveM world coordinates
In standard PC installations launched through the Rockstar Games Launcher, North Yankton sits in an isolated coordinate vacuum loaded exclusively for story missions. When community modders ported the landmass into FiveM, its initial placement collided directly with Roxwood, breaking ocean boundaries and causing texture clipping whenever servers streamed both maps.
Version two resolves that conflict by pushing the snow territory further out across the ocean grid. Released as a free update for existing project owners, the offset allows server hosts to run multi-region roleplay setups where players can travel between Los Santos, Roxwood, and Ludendorff in a single session.
Interactive MLO interiors and snowbound scripts
Unlike the linear mission corridor of vanilla GTA V, V2 packages custom MLO (Map Location Object) interiors and bespoke FiveM scripts directly into the download. Adding enterable banks, local businesses, and rural venues gives roleplay communities actionable staging grounds for robberies, standoffs, and tavern scenes without requiring hosts to build interior shells from scratch.
Vintage state troopers and single-player demand
Community response on Matteo Design's showcase highlights demand for vintage law enforcement setups, including pairing the map with Lozano's retro 1970s–1990s North Yankton State Troopers vehicle pack. Offline players have also requested standalone OpenIV archives for winterized LSPDFR police callouts, though the project currently remains packaged exclusively for FiveM resource folders.
The decisive milestone for offline patrol communities is an OpenIV archive drop on Matteo Design's channel, but FiveM server administrators face an immediate operational question: can mid-tier client memory budgets handle simultaneous draw distances when a pursuit crosses from Roxwood into Ludendorff's snow meshes?
