GTA 6 wildlife — official stills and Grassrivers gators only, no fauna bible

Rockstar has shown animals in Leonida. It has not published a fauna bible. Grassrivers copy names gators. Official stills put alligators, wading birds, a cougar, deer, and a Keys iguana in the frame. Trailer tape adds more. A list with snakes, bobcats, and a hunting skill tree is somebody else’s homework.

Gators stay on this page because Grassrivers destination copy and Grassrivers 03 / 04 stills already put them there. We do not invent a second swamp bible. Region names live on the Leonida map. The plot paragraph lives on story. Rain and wet streets live on weather.

Destination copy lives on rockstargames.com/VI/only-in-leonida. Stills are labeled by region on the official screenshot library. Trailer 1 and Trailer 2 are the two official videos. We do not add a species Rockstar left off those cards. We do not promote a wiki wildlife chart to a Newswire.

I hosted V-Rock in 2002. That disc had a tourist zoo energy and a lot of radio. This game has named gators on a postcard and animals in official stills. It does not have a printed bestiary. Vice City’s 2002 menagerie is a different disc. It is not a VI booking.

Grassrivers named the gators. It did not name a swamp bible

Official Grassrivers copy, as reprinted from the May 2025 destination pages: “The untamable jewel of Leonida’s crown.” Then: you never know what lies beneath the surface of this primordial expanse. “The gators may be the most famous attraction, but there are far deadlier predators and weirder discoveries among the mangroves.” Postcard tagline: Welcome to the Wetlands. That is tourism language. It is not a spawn table.

“Deadlier predators” is Rockstar’s phrase. It is not a species. Game Informer’s 6 May 2025 read that it might mean heavily armed residents is a journalist’s aside. We will not promote that aside to a Newswire. We will not fill the blank with snakes, bobcats, or a leak-era chart.

Grassrivers 03 is live gators around an airboat. Grassrivers 04 is a muddy pickup chase with an alligator and wading birds in the same swamp. Grassrivers 01 is a dead alligator on an AIRGATOR boat. Three official pictures. One named animal in the destination copy. That is the swamp card. It is not a hunting DLC page.

Mount Kalaga stills are animals. Hunting is brochure copy

Mount Kalaga National Park is the northern official destination. Destination copy advertises hunting, fishing, and off-road trails. Game Informer treated “prime hunting, fishing, and off-road trails” as a possible minigame hint. Official text advertises those activities. It is not a feature list. We will not write a hunting rank, a bait item, or a skinning prompt because a postcard used the word hunting.

What the screenshot library actually shows: Mount Kalaga 05 is a cougar and four deer with nobody in the shot. Mount Kalaga 04 has birds and an unnamed small animal on a red-clay slope. Mount Kalaga 01 has an unnamed small animal on a slag pile. Mount Kalaga 03 is two armed men and an orange WHITEWOLF tank. That tank is metal. It is not a wolf. Do not file it on a fauna card.

The park stills are the animals card. The brochure line stays a brochure line until Rockstar prints a system.

Keys iguana, pool toys, and a TV gator

Leonida Keys 02 puts a green iguana in the street. Trailer 1’s official shot notes also list iguanas in natural areas. That is two official looks at one reptile. It is not a Keys zoo.

Leonida Keys 05 is a sandbar party with flamingo and gator floats. Those are inflatables. Cal Hampton 03 is Cal on a pink flamingo float in a tiled pool. Cal Hampton 01 is a crowned alligator statue on mini-golf turf. Tourist props are allowed to look like animals. They are not live fauna. Do not write “flamingos confirmed in that Keys still” when the still is a float.

Macca the Alligator is Ultimate store copy: the Goodtime State’s hit TV-show character. That sentence sits on the editions locker as Goodtime Gear. It is a mascot on a capsule. It is not a Grassrivers spawn. The clothes card already has that row: clothing hub.

Trailer extras stay observations

The official gameplay notes treat trailer wildlife as footage, not a manual. Trailer 1: alligators, birds, iguanas in natural areas. Trailer 2: alligators, flamingos, dolphins, seagulls, and a house-cat on an ATM. Those lines are “appears in official footage.” They are not screenshot captions. They are not a Newswire fauna dump.

Trailer 1 also puts POACH on-screen. That is a wildlife-enforcement graphic in the tape. It is not a published agency manual and not a hunting skill tree. Same rule as the wanted hub: the picture is real. The system sheet is not.

Cal’s official bio jokes that there are way too many birds flying around in perfect formation. That is a character line. It is not a flock count.
