Destination copy still sells Vice City as the sun and fun capital of America. Trailer 2 puts rain on a Keys hangar. A bar sign names Hurricane Roxy. That is atmosphere. It is not a systems sheet.

Vice City 06 is the rain card. Wet asphalt. A Vice Beach Police sedan, emergency call 911 on the door, plate NWT V5. A selfie in yellow mesh. An officer cuffing two women. Partial neon. The screenshot library titles the frame Vice City 06, not “rain.” The pavement is still wet.

The Ultimate gallery adds wet brick under a white-and-red ’95 Grotti Cheetah, Pegassi Residences South Tower in the same frame. Golden hour, not a storm. Two official pictures of water on the ground. That is not a weather menu.

Trailer 2 is the moving rain. Night. Men load a Dodo at a Keys hangar. Official Brian Heder copy is a boat yard, a plane, and “I hauled so much grass in that plane, I could make the state of Leonida levitate.” The wiki times the hangar. We will not name a storm mission off that timing.

Viral Lucia-in-the-rain clips with no Rockstar end-card are not this tape. One of those was an admitted deepfake. IGN filed it. We will not.

Sun, dusk, sunset — the postcard and the clock

Official Vice City copy, as printed on the destination pages: “We’re a long way from the ’80s, but Vice City is still the sun and fun capital of America.” Then glamour, hustle, greed, Ocean Beach, Little Cuba, Tisha-Wocka, VC Port. Postcard language. It is not a sky setting.

Brian’s official tag is “Nothing better than a Mudslide at sunset.” That is a drink line. It is not a time-of-day toggle. Lucia’s sportbike still puts SUNSHINE STATE on a Leonida plate. That is a slogan on metal. It is not a climate slider.

What the screenshot library actually shows at the edges of the day: Vice City 01 is the airport letters at dusk with a jet overhead. Vice City 02 is a high-rise balcony over a resort at golden hour — pools, a chrome duck, lifeguard towers. Raul Bautista 03 is a yacht helm at sunset, drawbridge and glass towers behind him. Ambrosia 04 is inland sunset: a pylon, a cell tower, a field fire, factory stacks, a small plane. Ultimate Edition 01 poses the leads back-to-back at sunset with a helicopter silhouette.

Trailer 1 opens on a Hamlet freeway bridge at sunset, Vice City skyline in the back. Later: the Vice City Sign outside Vice City International Airport, time-lapse sunset. Trailer 2 closes a beat with the couple driving into sunset through artificial islands. Those are clock looks on official tape. They are not a published day/night cycle, a time-scale, or a cheat code.

A named storm on a bar sign is not a hurricane DLC

Trailer 2 puts a weathered sign in a Keys bar: “Hurricane Roxy was this strong.” That sentence is on the tape. The wiki times the room as The Rusty Anchor and infers Hurricane Irma. The sign is official footage. The analogue is wiki homework. We will not promote the analogue to a Newswire.

Keys destination copy already warns you: look out — you are right on the doorstep of some of the most beautiful and dangerous waters in all of America. Tourism language with a threat underneath. It is not a surge table.

Mount Kalaga National Park 06 puts a FLOOD GAUGE in the river, marked 2–6 ft, next to a Crest kayak and a yellow locomotive on a truss bridge. A stick in the water. It is not a flood event and not a rising-water system.

Rockstar has not published a weather-systems brief. Dynamic weather and a playable hurricane sit on the unconfirmed list. Fan writeups that turn Florida theming into evac missions stay rumor. We will not fill the blank with a storm season, a RAGE water dossier, or a leak-era chart.
