What the chips actually pick

Cheapest. Standard. US$79.99 as of 24 June 2026. That is the game. Ultimate is the extra twenty on the same announcement. Regional storefronts set their own currency.

Physical box. Standard. The box is a download code from 12 November. No disc. Support says there is no physical Ultimate Edition. If you want the locker later, you buy the Upgrade after the code is used.

Vintage pack. Both, if you buy before 20 November 2026. It is not Ultimate-only. Official list: a ’55 Vapid Stanier, a Shore Court garage near Ocean Beach, outfits and hairstyles for both leads, and a tropical weapon pattern they tied to the 2002 game. After that date it is not part of the offer as described. Day-after-launch buyers can miss it.

Ultimate extras. Ultimate. US$99.99. Game plus the Upgrade locker Rockstar Support printed. Rideout Customs and One-Eyed Willie’s sit on that locker as destinations. Storefronts: shops. We will not invent a mission count from “behind each chapter.”

The pack is a date, not a third edition

Vintage is a cutoff. Pre-orders opened 25 June 2026, midnight local. The pack rides with qualifying buys before 20 November. GTA+ is the digital line on top of that. Clocks and .ics files: calendar. Where to start

Start at rockstargames.com/VI. PlayStation Store and Microsoft’s store list their own SKUs. Take-Two named those stores plus Rockstar Games Store and global retailers. We do not rank them. We do not paste affiliate links. Locker names match Rockstar Support’s editions article.

Do not buy a “key” from a gray market because it is five dollars cheaper. If the code fails in November, this site cannot refund you. There is no official early access. The 12 November pre-load is a download date, not a play date.

If Standard or Ultimate changes price, or if Rockstar adds a third SKU, the pre-order guide gets the dated note and this page points at it. Until then: US$79.99 and US$99.99 as of 24 June 2026, Vintage pack before 20 November, a GTA+ month on digital, pre-load on 12 November, and a box that is a code.
