What a pre-order includes
Every pre-order, and any purchase before 20 November 2026, includes the Vintage Vice City Pack: a ’55 Vapid Stanier, a Shore Court garage near Ocean Beach, vintage outfits and hairstyles for both leads, and a tropical weapon pattern Rockstar tied to the 2002 game. Digital pre-orders also include a month of GTA+. That GTA+ line is for digital. It is not a promise the boxed code includes the same month. Pack page: Vintage pack.
Ultimate Edition, Rockstar said, adds extra clothing, vehicles, weapons, and “action threaded across” Jason and Lucia’s story. There is no official mission-by-mission breakdown of that last phrase. Side-by-side: Standard vs Ultimate compare. Locker write-up: editions.

The box is a code
Digital pre-load begins 12 November 2026. Physical boxes contain a download code rather than a disc and go on sale from 12 November so buyers can pre-load. That is official. It is already a fight about ownership. It is not evidence that a playable disc edition exists. Support says there is no physical Ultimate Edition. The November card is the pre-load checklist. The ownership fight is the boxed-copy hub.
Where to start
Use the official page. Take-Two named PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Rockstar Games Store, and global retailers. We do not rank them. If a storefront flashes a different day, wait for Newswire. Retailer placeholders move.
Do not buy a gray-market “key” because it is five dollars cheaper. If the code fails in November, this site cannot refund you. There is no official early access. The 12 November pre-load is a download date, not a play date.
Desk pass: 6 September 2026. Extended Look already aired 27 August. It did not change prices, platforms, or the download-code box. Next official beat is pre-load, not another broadcast.
