What you can actually launch on
The only official “requirements” are the launch platforms: PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, 19 November 2026. That is the hardware Rockstar has named. PC — not published
PC is not on the official launch list. There is no date. There is no min/rec table. Any chart with a GPU name is unofficial until Rockstar or the storefront prints one.
There is no official PC price and no official store page. Take-Two has said Rockstar starts on console. That is publisher language. It is not a window, and it is not a graphics-card list.

Install size — not published
Rockstar has not published an install size. Treat any gigabyte figure you see elsewhere as unofficial until they print one. Circulating 100, 150, 200, 300, and 676 GB figures are not official. A week of pre-load is a date, not a spec sheet.
Last-gen is not on the list
PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are not on the official launch list. Rockstar has not published a last-gen SKU. Absence is the record, not a “never” quote.

Pre-load is not a spec sheet
Digital pre-load starts 12 November 2026, local midnight. That is a download window, not a spec sheet. Official: Take-Two PR. The November card is the pre-load checklist. You cannot start the story on the 12th. Launch is still the 19th. The window tells you when the files can start arriving. It does not tell you how big those files are, or what a PC would need.
The box is a code
Official: a download code in the box. No disc. The box goes on sale from 12 November so you can pre-load. You still need a current-gen console — PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S — and the same unpublished storage as a digital copy. A cardboard sleeve is not last-gen support.
