The spoken line in Trailer 2 is the official file. Wiki and our trailer index place him outside the store with a light machine gun in that commercial. Surname unpublished. Voice credit unpublished. GamesRadar’s June 2026 screenshot package confirmed Ammu-Nation as a weapons hub. It did not write Phil a paragraph.

- * r/GTA6’s “Phil Cassidy Question” is the main unofficial read: one-armed redneck arms dealer from III / Vice City / Vice City Stories — except this Phil has both arms, looks younger, and is selling on TV. HD-universe cousin, new man, or only a commercial actor? Unconfirmed. r/GTA6.
- * YouTube recap comments say he is not a son or a twin — “a completely new version of the exact same character for the HD universe,” Captain Price logic. Same argument, different show. YouTube recap comments.
