| Only Raw Records | The label Boobie runs with Dre’Quan Priest; signed the Real Dimez. “Now they just need a hit.” | Official |
| Brian Heder’s boat yard | In the Leonida Keys. Jason lives rent-free at one of Brian’s properties. | Official |
| Allied Crystal | Ambrosia’s sugar refinery that “provides the jobs.” | Official |
| Wyman’s classic-car work | Port Gellhorn mechanic, “eccentric collector and local fixer,” with a classic-car commission (Ultimate Edition copy). | Official |
| Tisha-Wocka flea market | Vice City market of “bootleg brands” (Vice City copy). | Official |
| Nightclubs | Aaron Garbut told Bloomberg the team went on research trips to Miami nightclubs; per GameSpot, the clubs have distinct animations and scripts for each patron, a bar of unique drinks, and lighting that syncs with the music. Garbut: “Layers and layers and layers of detail.” | Reported |
Ultimate Edition destinations
Store listing These open only with the Ultimate Edition (US$99.99):
- Rideout Customs: custom interiors, rims and “donk stylings.”
- Sara’s Unisex Salon: signature styles, facial hair for Jason, makeup and nails for Lucia.
- Stock 305: exclusive streetwear in Stockyard.
- Electric Fang Tattoo: over 50 tattoos designed by the artist collective FAILE.
- One-Eyed Willie’s: Lake Leonida mod shop for off-road builds.
- Paradise Garage, Watson Bay: a weapon locker “plus a secure place to deposit stolen goods to be fenced.”

Side hustles: how money works
- Reported Income comes from boosting and selling cars, holding up businesses, store robberies and bank heists (IGN’s Rockstar demo, August 2026).
- Reported Money matters more to the story: you may need to raise capital before the next main mission.
- Reported Fences take jewellery and cars, Red Dead Redemption 2-style; a car fence may also give you intel.
- Reported The Waink phone app tells you what a car is worth at a Pay n’ Spray or specialty fence and what registering it would cost (Rob Nelson to IGN).
- Reported Jobs can be done solo or as a couple; couple jobs count toward the relationship.
- Reported “You can rob pretty much anything,” including a headphone store; blowing a safe is faster but can damage the loot (Rob Nelson to IGN, 7 Oct).
Activities shown in official footage
Official footage An Extended Look (27 August) shows a gym, gun range, basketball, kayaking, scuba diving, a fan boat, track racing and parachuting. Official The Mount Kalaga postcard advertises hunting, fishing and off-road trails. Footage is not a systems manual: whether each pays money is not stated.
Not confirmed
- Buying businesses or property, GTA V-style.
- A playable music-label career (the Only Raw story is official; managing it is not).
- A stock market.
