An internal executive email denounced the breach and stated it would not derail development. While staff face frustration following a mandatory return-to-office policy intended to stop leaks, development is nearing completion and routine social quiet is not a delay.

A working build is not a download

Schreier reported that the individual appeared to have access to a working development build instead of prerendered b-roll. That indicates internal access, not a cracked retail build or public release. Forum claims promising playable downloads remain phishing hazards.

Thirty minutes is not a BBC number

Rumors claiming a 30-minute runtime stem from unverified posts misattributing claims to the BBC or Take-Two leadership. The listing at netflix.com/GTAVI and Netflix Tudum list a single title with no runtime or episodic structure. Rockstar's 6 August Newswire remains the official baseline.
