In GTA V you scarfed snacks off an inventory wheel and walked away healed. Vice and Eurogamer say meals in VI restore health in the open world and stack calories while they do it. One satirical item is a 30,000-calorie sandwich. Chain high-fat meals to live through a gunfight and both leads gain mass. You buy the heal. You carry the bulk through the next foot chase.
