What Rockstar says about Ambrosia
The battle for the health and wealth of Leonida begins here. In the heart of Leonida, American industry and old school values still reign supreme — whatever the cost. The Allied Crystal sugar refinery provides the jobs, while the local biker gang provides almost everything else.
Official Rockstar’s “Only in Leonida” destination copy.
- Official Allied Crystal is the named sugar refinery.
- Official “The local biker gang” is not named by Rockstar. See gangs and factions.
- Official Lake Leonida is named in Ultimate Edition copy (One-Eyed Willie’s).
What others report
- Reported Game Informer screenshots also show farms, one on fire, and a car wash.
- Not confirmed Whether Lake Leonida is a large central lake on the final map is not confirmed.
Real-world inspiration
Press and fans read Ambrosia as Rockstar’s take on the inland Florida sugar country. That comparison is ours and the press’s, not a Rockstar statement.
