GTA 6 Radio Stations: Headphones May Carry the Dial Off the Dashboard
According to RockstarINTEL, the new GTA VI radio hosts include Bad Bunny, Lana Del Rey, Morgan Wallen, Robyn, Kerry King, Tom Araya, Burna Boy, and Trina. The 8 October 2026 Newswire says stations will soon broadcast live across Leonida and calls in-game radio the series' most distinct musical element. Dexerto and RockstarINTEL report six stations and say radio and podcasts play on foot through headphones.
According to RockstarINTEL, the new GTA VI radio hosts include Bad Bunny, Lana Del Rey, Morgan Wallen, Robyn, Kerry King, Tom Araya, Burna Boy, and Trina, so the voice between songs is a name you will clip before you can name a track. Your group chat gets the host before it gets the song.
Bad Bunny to Kerry King on the Dial
Rockstar's 8 October 2026 Newswire says stations will soon broadcast live across Leonida. Rockstar calls in-game radio the series' most distinct musical element. In Los Santos that was already how a three-star run felt like a city instead of a siren loop.
RockstarINTEL's GTA 6 radio hosts run from Bad Bunny and Lana Del Rey through Morgan Wallen, Robyn, Kerry King, Tom Araya, Burna Boy, and Trina. In GTA V the voice between tracks was usually a character written for the station. Here the name is someone you already follow, which will decide whether a frequency feels like Leonida or like a promo while you are still learning the songs. A Bad Bunny GTA 6 clip travels on its own. So does a Lana Del Rey GTA 6 radio break. Kerry King and Tom Araya on the same list is what makes the dial feel like a state.
Six Stations You Can Open Now
Dexerto reports that the 8 October reveal covers six GTA 6 radio stations, celebrity hosts, and links to official previews players can open now. RockstarINTEL says the GTA VI music page includes station talk and songs. You can hear the booth before you are driving Leonida.
Will the Dial Follow You Out of the Car?
According to Dexerto, the reveal also includes on-foot radio through headphones. RockstarINTEL says radio and podcasts can be heard in cars and on foot through headphones and earbuds. If that holds, a walk or a stakeout that never puts you in a car no longer cuts the station the way leaving a GTA V vehicle cuts the dashboard mix. In Los Santos the dial lived in the car, and stepping out dropped you into street noise.
GTA 6 headphones radio would keep that host in your ears on foot, and a podcast would cover the quiet stretches where GTA V players already mash the wheel because a station has looped.
Players Hear V-Rock, Not a First
On YouTube, a viewer on a French preview reads the metal booking as a series return, not a first. That comment is not a GTA VI tracklist. A reply says African music is not new to the series and calls a full station of that music a further step. A viewer from Niger says they did not expect a station built only around it and calls the hype huge.
Another viewer wants metal loud on city drives and country in the bayous, and asks if a death-metal station exists, citing Florida as that sound's home region. The ask is not an announcement. The same person expects to cycle stations, because GTA 5 radio looped once you lived with it.
A Host Is Not a License That Stays
One viewer on YouTube fears licensed songs could leave GTA 6 later. A reply says those tracks left because the rights expired, not because they were banned. Clips will chase the hosts, and a license can still expire after that, leaving a famous name introducing a song that is gone.
