Start With Requiem, Forza, and E-Day

VGC says GTA 6 will likely dominate gaming discourse for years and calls it the biggest entertainment launch of all time, the outlet's line, not a booked record. September and October 2026 were stacked, VGC says, because publishers rushed games out of Rockstar's way, so skip them and you get left behind. • Resident Evil: Requiem, VGC says, launched in February with Leon S. Kennedy back, a new character, and a story that will not take too long, and finishing it sets you up for Resident Evil: Veronica and Requiem DLC in 2027.
• Forza Horizon 6 is the Japan racer in this post: drift and race through mountains and countryside, with Drift Attack added in the next update. VGC doubts GTA 6's driving will match it.
• Gears of War: E-Day is called a triumphant return to form, set back on Earth on Emergence Day.

Start those three through a G2A cart. Requiem is a short horror job between a Fleeca run and a Cayo reset. In GTA V the car survives traffic and a climbing wanted level, and VGC is betting a Japan drift road still wins.

Whose Clock, and Whose Shopping List?

Rockstar's VI page has Jason and Lucia counting on each other after an easy score goes bad, across Leonida, and calls Vice City the darkest side of the sunniest place in America. Wccftech's 2 October 2026 roundup reports 19 November 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S and an $80 Standard Edition, after a second delay from 26 May 2026.

The driving doubt is VGC's opinion, not Rockstar's view. Unverified viewers on a separate YouTube list wanted Cyberpunk 2077 and Scarface: The World Is Yours, not VGC's 10 games to play before GTA 6.

On another video, one unverified viewer said other games should sit out game of the year for GTA 6, and another said indies will still ship strong games. What to watch is whether Drift Attack is the session you want before 19 November.
