Does That Make It the Most Mature GTA?

IGN reported on 1 October 2026 that store pages show an ESRB M for Mature and a UK PEGI 18. The certificate was public a day before the baggie line, and IGN framed it as the rating you already expected. IGN said the detailed ESRB breakdown was not yet posted, so sex beyond strip clubs was still unclear, including whether Jason and Lucia have sex on screen.
