GTA 6 Character Switch: You Can Inherit Jason Already Naked in the Shower

Switching from Lucia to Jason in a Rockstar demo can drop you onto Jason Duval already naked in the shower, and Rachel Weber wrote on 8 October 2026 that the camera kept his groin out of frame.

You inherit the shower, not the inspection those captions claimed.

Reported Weber saw Jason naked in a demo shower; Rockstar has not confirmed full-frontal

The Switch Opens on a Shower

In the IGN session Kotaku describes, Rob Nelson's switch from Lucia to Jason might catch the other lead walking or in the shower. The quoted note opens on Jason's point of view, where he is naked, and Kotaku says it does not indicate whether anything below the waist is obscured.

RockstarINTEL, dated 7 October 2026, reports that Rob Nelson switches to Jason naked in the shower. The same piece, which calls Nelson head of development and co-studio head, headlines the beat as naked showers confirmed. That headline ran before Weber's 8 October clarification that she did not see genitals.

If that handoff ships, the GTA 6 character switch can open on a shower already in progress. Expecting a Jason Duval naked shower you can inspect is ahead of Weber's cropped demo look.

Groin Out of Frame

Weber writes that she did not see his penis, that he was naked, and that camera angles kept his modesty intact. She writes that whatever is rendered beneath the belt remains unknown to her, and that if she had seen it the report would have been more than a single sentence. Kotaku's 7 October evening update adds that her denial does not prove the shipping game will hide him.

Greg Miller told Kotaku the demo he saw had no naked Jason, so the shower is not a beat every preview plays. Kotaku had asked Rockstar for clarification and had not heard back when that 7 October story ran.

Weber points to a semi-obscured Trevor cutscene in GTA 5 and to fully nude Altruist Cult members in the mountains around Los Santos. Players who remember that camp already saw Rockstar give NPCs full nudity and keep Trevor semi-obscured. Her shower note sits with Trevor, not the cult.

Who Said Rockstar Confirmed the Rest

RockstarINTEL's confirmed line is that outlet's gloss on the IGN demo. An unverified X post caption claims, with no Rockstar or Take-Two statement behind it, that Jason will be completely naked in the shower, and it credits IGN. Weber's piece does not quote the studio on genital detail.

On the rating, Weber quotes a leaked PEGI passage and writes that it stopped short of confirming full-frontal nudity.

There are also strong sexual themes, including nudity, scenes of intercourse and occasional scenes of sexual fetishes,

In various night clubs the player can also pay for private dances, during which, the game allows the player to move their hands onto the dancers' breasts and buttocks.

Rockstar's extended-look Newswire says Grand Theft Auto VI is coming November 19 to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, lists Nudity and Strong Sexual Content, and does not mention a shower scene.

Kotaku's 8 October update points the other way and says a Cyberleek video shows nude free-roam with Jason's genitals visible. Weber says that newer leak footage cannot be dated with confidence, may include developer-build assets, and may not be what ships. Trusting that clip for a nude free-roam sandbox means trusting footage Weber will not call the shipping game.

Posts calling the GTA 6 Jason shower nudity confirmed are still ahead of the reporter who covered the demo. If that handoff is in the build you play, the on-record session still ends at the crop.
