Belgium is two shop languages, one euro, and one winter clock. It is not the Dutch Microsoft catalog. Rockstar’s date is Thursday, 19 November 2026. PlayStation Belgium’s Dutch FAQ answers “Wanneer wordt Grand Theft Auto VI uitgebracht?” with 19 november 2026 for PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro. The same marketing page stamps Release: 18-11-2026 in the footer. The French FAQ answers “Quelle est la date de sortie” with 19 novembre 2026. That footer stamps Sortie: 18/11/2026. Xbox Belgium’s Dutch listing printed Releasedatum 11/18/2026. A store footer is a store footer. The publisher date is still the 19th.

What 19 November means in Belgium

Belgium is on winter time in November (CET, UTC+1). DST ends on 25 October 2026. So “19 November” is a Thursday in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Liège, and Charleroi. One zone. Flanders and Wallonia do not split the clock. Rockstar did not print 00:01 CET. They did not print “when the East Coast unlocks.” The date is the date.

Arithmetic, labeled as arithmetic: Xbox’s product JSON this pass carries releaseDate: 2026-11-18T23:00:00Z. 23:00 UTC on the 18th is 00:00 CET on the 19th. That is a Microsoft catalog stamp. It is not a Support midnight-launch article. We will not sell you a queue on Rue Neuve as Newswire.

Pre-load is the sentence that does carry a clock. Digital pre-load starts 12 November 2026 at local midnight. In Belgium that is 00:00 CET on the 12th. You download. You do not start the story. The November card is the pre-load checklist.

PlayStation Belgium’s FAQ says the 19th. The footer says 18-11

PlayStation Belgium Dutch — playstation.com/nl-be — answered the release-date FAQ with 19 november 2026 for PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro. Same page, footer: Release 18-11-2026, Uitgever Rockstar Games, Genres Actie. PlayStation Belgium French — playstation.com/fr-be — answered with 19 novembre 2026. Same page, footer: Sortie 18/11/2026. That is the Australian-style storefront glitch, in both Belgian shop languages. The publisher date is still the 19th.

The marketing pages this pass did not print a euro price on the hero. Editions on the Dutch page are named Vintage Vice City-pack and Ultimate Edition-upgrade, plus één maand GTA+. The French page names Pack Vintage Vice City and Édition Ultime. The checkout lives behind “Koop Grand Theft Auto VI bij PlayStation Store” / the French buy button. We will not invent the number behind the button.

The GTA+ FAQ on the Dutch page: pre-order the digital version before 20 November 2026 at PlayStation Store, then redeem. That matches Take-Two’s before-the-20th cutoff. It is not a VI Online pass. The card is GTA+.

Xbox Belgium printed euros in two catalogs

Take-Two’s 24 June sheet is in US dollars: Standard US$79.99, Ultimate US$99.99. We are not converting that into euros.

What we did fetch: Microsoft’s Xbox Belgium Dutch listing printed € 79,99 Standard and € 99,99 Ultimate, with the upgrade add-on at € 20,00. Product names this pass: Grand Theft Auto VI, Grand Theft Auto VI: Ultimate Edition, Grand Theft Auto VI: Ultimate Edition-upgrade, Grand Theft Auto VI: Vintage Vice City-pack. The French Belgium listing printed 79,99 € / 99,99 € / 20,00 € and named the locker Grand Theft Auto VI : Édition Ultime and Grand Theft Auto VI : Pack Vintage Vice City. France’s Microsoft page also says “Édition Ultime.” The Dutch Belgian shop kept Ultimate in English and hyphenated the pack. Same locker. Different shop language. That is the point of a country page.

Rockstar’s own storefront is still the one Take-Two named. Start at rockstargames.com/VI. High-street names that typically list a Rockstar launch — Fnac Belgique, MediaMarkt.be, Coolblue Belgium — are not cited here as official SKU pages. We do not rank them.

PEGI is the board. It has not certified VI

Belgium uses PEGI. Take-Two printed “not yet rated” on 24 June 2026. PlayStation Belgium’s Dutch age-rating FAQ says the classification for Grand Theft Auto VI is not yet known, then points at Grand Theft Auto V: PEGI 18 in Europe. The French FAQ says the classifications are not confirmed, then points at the same V line. That last clause is about V.

Xbox Belgium this pass printed a visible badge: PEGI 18 PROVISIONAL, “18 jaar en ouder” on the Dutch listing and “18 ans et plus” on the French listing, linking to pegi.info. A store pending badge is not a PEGI certificate. We will not write “het is PEGI 18” or “c’est PEGI 18” for VI. We will not paste V’s descriptors onto this box. If PEGI publishes a Grand Theft Auto VI certificate, this page gets the dated note. The longer card is ratings.

Extended Look on a Brussels clock

Thursday, 27 August 2026. Belgium is still on summer time (CEST, UTC+2). Netflix at 3:00 p.m. ET is 9:00 p.m. in Brussels. YouTube and the VI site at 9:00 p.m. ET is 3:00 a.m. CEST on Friday the 28th. That arithmetic is from the official ET clock. Rockstar did not print a Brussels row. What Belgian threads keep asking

The two that will not die: is it PEGI 18 yet, and will Fnac run a midnight on Rue Neuve. No PEGI certificate for VI this pass. A queue in Brussels is not on Newswire. Rockstar printed a download-code box, not a playable Blu-ray. Physical copies go on sale from 12 November so you can type the code and pre-load. If Fnac posts an event, that is Fnac’s poster, not a Rockstar hour.

The third one is the Benelux sticker: is Xbox Belgium cheaper than Xbox Netherlands. Both listings printed 79,99 euro this pass. That is two Microsoft pages we fetched, not a conversion we performed.

PC is the other one. There is no official PC date. There is no official PC price in euros. The empty GPU chart is system requirements.
