The Netherlands is one winter clock, a Dutch shop that hyphenates the pack names, and two storefronts that do not agree on the printed day. Rockstar’s date is Thursday, 19 November 2026. PlayStation Netherlands answered “Wanneer wordt Grand Theft Auto VI uitgebracht?” with 19 november 2026 for PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro. The same marketing page stamps Release: 18-11-2026 in the footer. Xbox Netherlands printed Releasedatum 11/18/2026 on the listing we fetched. A store footer is a store footer. The publisher date is still the 19th.

What 19 November means in the Netherlands

The European Netherlands is on wintertijd in November (CET, UTC+1). DST ends on 25 October 2026. So “19 November” is a Thursday in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Groningen. One zone on this sheet. Rockstar did not print 00:01 CET. They did not print “when the East Coast unlocks.” The date is the date.

This listing is nl-NL. Xbox Belgium is a different catalog. Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and the BES islands are not this Microsoft page. We will not invent a Caribbean SKU.

Pre-load is the sentence that does carry a clock. Digital pre-load starts 12 November 2026 at local midnight. In the European Netherlands that is 00:00 CET on the 12th. You download. You do not start the story. The November card is the pre-load checklist.

PlayStation Netherlands’ FAQ says the 19th. The footer says 18-11

PlayStation Netherlands — playstation.com/nl-nl — answered the release-date FAQ with 19 november 2026 for PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro. Same page, footer: Platform PS5, Release 18-11-2026, Uitgever Rockstar Games, Genres Actie. That is the Australian-style storefront glitch, in Dutch. The publisher date is still the 19th.

The marketing page this pass did not print a euro price. Editions on that page are named Vintage Vice City-pack and Ultimate Edition-upgrade, plus één maand GTA+. The checkout lives behind “Koop Grand Theft Auto VI bij PlayStation Store.” We will not invent the number behind the button.

The GTA+ FAQ on the same page: pre-order the digital Standard or Ultimate Edition before 20 November 2026 at PlayStation Store, then redeem. That matches Take-Two’s before-the-20th cutoff. It is not a VI Online pass. The card is GTA+.

Xbox Netherlands printed euros and hyphenated the pack

Take-Two’s 24 June sheet is in US dollars: Standard US$79.99, Ultimate US$99.99. We are not converting that into euros.

What we did fetch: Microsoft’s Xbox Netherlands listing for Grand Theft Auto VI printed 79,99 € Standard and 99,99 € Ultimate, with the upgrade add-on at 20,00 €. Product names this pass: Grand Theft Auto VI, Grand Theft Auto VI: Ultimate Edition, Grand Theft Auto VI: Ultimate Edition-upgrade, Grand Theft Auto VI: Vintage Vice City-pack. France’s Microsoft page says “Édition Ultime.” Italy kept Ultimate in English and translated the bonus. The Dutch shop kept Ultimate in English and hyphenated the pack. Same locker. Different shop language. That is the point of a country page.

Rockstar’s own storefront is still the one Take-Two named. Start at rockstargames.com/VI. High-street names that typically list a Rockstar launch — Bol.com, MediaMarkt, Nedgame — are not cited here as official SKU pages. We do not rank them.

PEGI is the board. It has not certified VI

The Netherlands uses PEGI. Take-Two printed “not yet rated” on 24 June 2026. PlayStation Netherlands’ age-rating FAQ says the classification for Grand Theft Auto VI is not yet known, then points at Grand Theft Auto V: PEGI 18 in Europe. That last clause is about V.

Xbox Netherlands this pass printed a visible badge: PEGI 18 PROVISIONAL, “18 jaar en ouder,” linking to pegi.info. A store pending badge is not a PEGI certificate. We will not write “het is PEGI 18” for VI. We will not paste V’s descriptors onto this box. If PEGI publishes a Grand Theft Auto VI certificate, this page gets the dated note. The longer card is ratings.

Extended Look on an Amsterdam clock

Thursday, 27 August 2026. The Netherlands is still on zomertijd (CEST, UTC+2). Netflix at 3:00 p.m. ET is 9:00 p.m. in Amsterdam. YouTube and the VI site at 9:00 p.m. ET is 3:00 a.m. CEST on Friday the 28th. That arithmetic is from the official ET clock. Rockstar did not print an Amsterdam row. What Dutch threads keep asking

The two that will not die: is it PEGI 18 yet, and will Nedgame run a midnight on Kalverstraat. No PEGI certificate for VI this pass. A queue in Amsterdam is not on Newswire. Rockstar printed a download-code box, not a playable Blu-ray. Physical copies go on sale from 12 November so you can type the code and pre-load. If Nedgame posts an event, that is Nedgame’s poster, not a Rockstar hour.

PC is the other one. There is no official PC date. There is no official PC price in euros. The empty GPU chart is system requirements.
