Peninsula: CET, UTC+1, in November. Canarias: WET, UTC+0. “19 November” is Thursday on both calendars. Arithmetic, labeled as arithmetic: a rumoured 00:00 CET unlock in Madrid would still be 23:00 on the 18th in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. That is geography. It is not Newswire.
