Ireland is one euro catalog, one winter clock, and a PlayStation footer that actually matches Rockstar. It is not the UK Microsoft catalog. Rockstar’s date is Thursday, 19 November 2026. PlayStation Ireland’s FAQ answers “What is the release date of Grand Theft Auto VI?” with 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro. The same marketing page stamps Release: 19/11/2026 in the footer. Xbox Ireland printed Release date 11/19/2026. That is not the Belgian/Dutch 18-11 footer. The publisher date is still the 19th.

What 19 November means in Ireland

Ireland is on winter time in November. DST ends on 25 October 2026. So “19 November” is a Thursday in Dublin, Cork, Galway, and Limerick. One zone. They did not print “when the East Coast unlocks.” The date is the date.

Arithmetic, labeled as arithmetic: Xbox Ireland’s product JSON this pass carries releaseDate: 2026-11-19T00:00:00Z. PlayStation Ireland’s meta stamp is the same midnight UTC (7:00 p.m. ET on 18 November). That is a catalog stamp. It is not a Support midnight-launch article. We will not sell you a queue on Grafton Street as Newswire.

Pre-load is the sentence that does carry a clock. Digital pre-load starts 12 November 2026 at local midnight. You download. You do not start the story. The November card is the pre-load checklist.

PlayStation Ireland’s FAQ and footer both say the 19th

PlayStation Ireland — playstation.com/en-ie — answered the release-date FAQ with 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro. Same page, footer: Release 19/11/2026, Publisher Rockstar Games, Genres Action. Title on that pass: PlayStation (Ireland). That is not the Australian-style 18/11 footer. The publisher date is still the 19th.

The marketing page this pass printed euro stickers on the hero: €79.99 Standard and €99.99 Ultimate. Edition names on the page: Grand Theft Auto VI, Grand Theft Auto VI: Ultimate Edition, Grand Theft Auto VI: Ultimate Edition Upgrade, Vintage Vice City Pack, plus one month of GTA+. The editions FAQ itself said “Please check the latest options at PlayStation Store.” We are citing the stickers we fetched, not a number we invented behind a button.

The GTA+ FAQ on the same page: pre-order the digital version from PlayStation Store before 20 November 2026, then redeem. That matches Take-Two’s before-the-20th cutoff. It is not a VI Online pass. The card is GTA+.

Xbox Ireland printed euros, not pounds

Take-Two’s 24 June sheet is in US dollars: Standard US$79.99, Ultimate US$99.99. We are not converting that into euros. We are not converting Xbox UK pounds into euros either.

What we did fetch: Microsoft’s Xbox Ireland listing printed €79.99 Standard and €99.99 Ultimate, with the upgrade add-on at €20.00. Product names this pass: Grand Theft Auto VI, Grand Theft Auto VI: Ultimate Edition, Grand Theft Auto VI: Ultimate Edition Upgrade, Grand Theft Auto VI: Vintage Vice City Pack. Listing: xbox.com/en-IE. Button this pass said Pre-order. Copy: “Purchase prior to November 20 to receive: The Vintage Vice City Pack” plus one month of GTA+. It can move. This is not en-GB.

Rockstar’s own storefront is still the one Take-Two named. Start at rockstargames.com/VI. High-street names that typically list a Rockstar launch — GameStop Ireland, Smyths — are not cited here as official SKU pages. We do not rank them.

PEGI is the board. Its PEGI 18 went up and came down

Rating check, 7 October 2026: PEGI not certified — a PEGI.info search for Grand Theft Auto VI returns “Found 0 results.” The PlayStation Store in Ireland shows a PEGI 18 badge (Store listing). Reported: PEGI posted a PEGI 18 page with a detailed content note on 2 October and pulled it the same day (IGN, VGC) — PEGI page pulled. A store badge isn’t PEGI’s certificate, so we keep the labels apart. Every region: ratings.

Ireland uses PEGI. Take-Two’s June no-rating-yet line is out of date: PEGI posted a PEGI 18 for Grand Theft Auto VI on 2 October 2026 and then pulled the page, so it stays Reported until PEGI puts it back (in the US, the ESRB rates it M for Mature 17+). PlayStation Ireland’s age-rating FAQ says the classifications for Grand Theft Auto VI are unconfirmed, then points at Grand Theft Auto V: PEGI 18 in Europe. That last clause is about V.

Xbox Ireland this pass printed a visible badge: PEGI 18 PROVISIONAL, “For ages 18 and up,” linking to pegi.info. PlayStation Ireland’s product data names the same store badge: PEGI Provisional 18. A store pending badge is not a PEGI certificate. We will not write “it is PEGI 18” for VI. We will not paste V’s descriptors onto this box. If PEGI publishes a Grand Theft Auto VI certificate, this page gets the dated note. The longer card is ratings.

Extended Look on a Dublin clock

Thursday, 27 August 2026. Ireland is still on summer time. Netflix at 3:00 p.m. ET is 8:00 p.m. in Dublin. YouTube and the VI site at 9:00 p.m. ET is 2:00 a.m. IST on Friday the 28th. What Irish threads keep asking

The two that will not die: is it PEGI 18 yet, and will GameStop run a midnight on Grafton Street. No PEGI certificate for VI this pass. A queue in Dublin is not on Newswire. Rockstar printed a download-code box, not a playable Blu-ray. Physical copies go on sale from 12 November so you can type the code and pre-load. If GameStop posts an event, that is GameStop’s poster, not a Rockstar hour.

The third one is the sterling sticker: is Xbox Ireland cheaper than Xbox UK. Different catalogs. Different currencies. Xbox Ireland printed 79.99 euro this pass. Xbox UK is the pounds sheet. That is two Microsoft pages we fetched, not a conversion we performed.

PC is the other one. There is no official PC date. There is no official PC price in euros. The empty GPU chart is system requirements.
