GTA 6 release date France — 19 November 2026

France shares a calendar date with Berlin and a ratings family with London. It does not share Xbox’s product naming. The French Microsoft listing prints Édition Ultime and pack Vintage Vice City. Same locker. Different shop language. That is the point of a country page.

Paris in November is UTC+1, not a 00:01 promise

France is on heure d’hiver in November (CET, UTC+1). “19 November” is a Thursday in Paris. Rockstar printed the date. They did not print minuit pile. Overseas departments are other clocks — we are not inventing a Réunion unlock.

Pre-load: 12 November 2026, local midnight. In metropolitan France that is 00:00 CET on the 12th. You load the files. You do not start the story. Pre-load checklist.

The French stickers we actually fetched

Xbox France — xbox.com/fr-FR — printed 79,99 € and 99,99 €, with the upgrade at 20,00 €. The copy says “Achetez le jeu avant le 20 novembre” for the Vintage pack and the GTA+ month. That matches Take-Two’s before-the-20th cutoff, in French.

PlayStation France — playstation.com/fr-fr — exists. The marketing page did not print a euro price this pass. Fnac and Micromania typically list a Rockstar launch. We do not have an official chain SKU and will not invent one. Start at rockstargames.com/VI.

PEGI, not a CNC surprise

France uses PEGI for these consoles. Take-Two: not yet rated. PlayStation Support still says unconfirmed and points at GTA V — PEGI 18 in Europe. That is V. We will not write “c’est PEGI 18” for VI. The English rating card is ratings.

Extended Look from Paris

27 August 2026 — already aired. Peninsula was still heure d’été (CEST, UTC+2) that day. Netflix at 3:00 p.m. ET was 9:00 p.m. in Paris. YouTube and the VI site at 9:00 p.m. ET was 3:00 a.m. on Friday. Same arithmetic as Berlin. Different city. The hub is Extended Look.

What French threads ask

The r/GTA6 question that shows up with a .fr flag is still PC — “sortira quand sur Steam.” There is no official PC date. There is no official PC price in euros. Take-Two’s June sheet names two consoles. Platforms is the hardware list. Confirmed: confirmed. FAQ: faq. Calendar: calendar.
