Store listing Mexico is not a silent clone of the US page. Microsoft’s Xbox Mexico listing printed MXN$1,499.00 Standard, MXN$1,879.00 Ultimate, and MXN$380.00 for the upgrade. The same page tells you, in Spanish, that it may contain content inappropriate for children and to visit ESRB.org. That is a US board pointed at from a Mexican storefront. It is not a Mexican Secretaría certificate we found.

CDMX is an hour behind New York in November

Most of the country dropped seasonal time shifts. “19 November” is a Thursday in CDMX. That is why a Mexican comment thread will say “the 18th at night.” Rockstar printed the 19th. We are not moving the publisher date.

Rating check, 7 October 2026: the PlayStation Store in Mexico shows ESRB Mature 17+ (Store listing), matching ESRB.org. In Europe, PEGI not certified: PEGI.info shows no entry, PlayStation Stores show PEGI 18, and PEGI’s own 18 page was posted 2 October and pulled (Reported, PEGI page pulled). Every region: ratings.

Xbox Mexico’s listing we fetched uses the ESRB disclaimer, not a PEGI badge and not a Mexican film-board stamp. Take-Two’s June no-rating-yet line is out of date: the ESRB now rates Grand Theft Auto VI M for Mature 17+ on ESRB.org (Official). Mexico’s own board (RTC) has not published a decision we could find.
