The United States is four clocks that will argue with each other on the 19th. Rockstar printed one date: Thursday, 19 November 2026. Rockstar did not print an hour. The US PlayStation Store and Xbox Store listings did: 12:00 a.m. ET on Thursday the 19th, if the whole US store opens at once (Store listing; data can change). Players further west get it on the evening of the 18th, at the same moment. That is the store clock, not a leaked unlock table.

Four US zones, one printed date

US daylight time ends on 1 November 2026. “19 November” is Thursday on all four calendars. The hour is not on the Newswire.

Pre-load is the line with a clock. Digital pre-load starts 12 November 2026 at local midnight — midnight in your time zone, that is the Support wording. You still cannot play. See the pre-load checklist. There is no official early-access SKU — early access.

GameStop midnight events are a retailer habit from other years. We do not have a 2026 GameStop hour on an official Rockstar page this pass. If a store posts one, that is the store’s poster. Longer card: launch time.

The dollars Take-Two actually printed

24 June 2026: Standard US$79.99, Ultimate US$99.99. Pre-orders opened 25 June, midnight local. Those figures are the ones this desk already uses on the pre-order guide and the editions locker. Regional storefronts set their own currency. This page does not convert them. No Game Pass or PS Plus day-one listing this pass.

ESRB: M for Mature 17+

Rating check, 7 October 2026: ESRB.org still shows M for Mature 17+, and the US PlayStation and Xbox stores match. In Europe, PEGI not certified: PEGI.info shows no entry, PlayStation Stores show PEGI 18, and PEGI’s own 18 page was posted 2 October and pulled (Reported, PEGI page pulled). Every region: ratings.

Official. ESRB.org rates Grand Theft Auto VI M for Mature 17+ for Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Mature Humor, Nudity, Strong Language, Strong Sexual Content, and Use of Drugs and Alcohol, with the In-Game Purchases label. The US PlayStation and Xbox stores dropped “Rating Pending” and show the same badge. Take-Two’s June no-rating-yet line is out of date. The long ESRB summary isn’t up yet. Europe’s PEGI 18 went up on 2 October and was pulled (Reported). The full card is on ratings.

Extended Look from New York’s clock

The official clock is Eastern. 27 August 2026: Netflix 3:00 p.m. ET, YouTube and the VI site 9:00 p.m. ET. One or two cities is enough. The grid is on the Extended Look hub.

What the US threads keep asking

r/GTA6’s American default: what time on the 19th, and is PC coming. Rockstar printed the date. The store listings carry 12:00 a.m. ET; Rockstar has not printed an hour. PC is not on the 24 June sheet. No date, no price, no store page. A GPU chart with a year on it is not from Rockstar — system requirements stays empty on purpose. Common Qs: FAQ. The box is a code. That fight is already on the pre-order guide and boxed copy. Anger about ownership is not evidence a playable disc SKU exists.

Is GTA 6 eligible for The Game Awards 2026?

Official Yes, on the dates. The Game Awards FAQ: games must be “commercially available to customers on or before Friday, November 20, 2026, at 9 p.m. PT” (12:00 a.m. ET on 21 November). GTA 6 launches 19 November. The FAQ also says producer Geoff Keighley “is not a member of the jury and does not vote on the nominees or winners.” Whether the jury nominates it is Not confirmed. Will reviews come out before launch?

Reported Insider Gaming reported on 14 October that GTA 6 reviews will go live before 19 November; IGN India carried the report on 15 October. Neither gave a date. Rockstar has announced no embargo Not confirmed. More: Reviews.
